EU Omnibus

The EU Commission has announced that it will present how it intends to simplify sustainability reporting (CSRD/ESRS) and the regulations on due diligence (CS3D) as part of the first "omnibus" on 26 February. Two further omnibuses on the corporate category (mid-caps) and the taxonomy are to follow.

Emotions in tax policy: Lecture at international public policy conference in Mexico
