Graduation
Your certificate
Your degree is documented with a certificate and a transcript. You must apply in writing to the Examinations Office for these documents to be issued. Unfortunately, your certificate and transcript cannot be issued without a corresponding application.
Your certificate will be issued upon written application to the Examination Office. Please use the form provided below to have your certificate issued.

- International Business Administration: SSO 2021
As soon as your certificate with the transcript is available in the Faculty Office, you will be notified by e-mail via the e-mail account provided by the European University Viadrina upon enrolment. (Note: User name and password correspond to the login in viaCampus.)
Collection can take place during the opening hours of the secretariat of the Faculty Office of the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics.
If you are unable to collect your certificate yourself, you can authorise a person with power of attorney to collect the original of your certificate from the Faculty Office.
If you are unable to collect your certificate in person or have it collected, you must inform us in writing that we may send you your certificate. To do this, we need a message with your personal details and the address to which your certificate should be sent.
Notes on the creation of a power of attorney
The following should be included in a power of attorney (sample):
Name, first name
Address / place of residence
Registration number
Date
Authorisation
I, <<< your NAME >>> , born on __________ , in __________ , hereby authorise Mr / Ms _______________ to receive my Bachelor's / Master's certificate for the degree programme _______________ at the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics of the European University Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder).

A copy of the identity card / passport of both persons must be enclosed with the authorisation.
Graduation Day
Congratulations on the successful completion of your degree programme. We would be delighted to present you with your certificate at a ceremony organised by the Faculty as part of Graduation Day so that you can celebrate this special moment with your professors, family and friends.
Even if you have already collected your certificate from the Faculty Office, you can of course have your certificate presented to you at the ceremony.
