A paper on capital market efficiency by Prof Dr Drahomir Klimsa, Mario Rieger and Prof Dr Robert Ullmann (both University of Augsburg) was published in the February issue of Economics Letters.
The paper analyses the extent and speed of market reactions to the Federal Constitutional Court's ruling on the unconstitutionality of the nuclear fuel rod tax in 2017.
