EU Omnibus

The EU Commission has announced that it will present how it intends to simplify sustainability reporting (CSRD/ESRS) and the regulations on due diligence (CS3D) as part of the first "omnibus" on 26 February. Two further omnibuses on the corporate category (mid-caps) and the taxonomy are to follow.

Together with the two legal experts for human rights compliance Dr Ulrich und Hagel and Michael Wiedmann, Prof. Dr Sonja Wüstemann will present and classify the proposals in a webinar on 4 March 2025 (17:00 to 18:00).

In addition, an outlook will be given on the impact of the omnibus for companies.
