Teaching

Notes on teaching at the chair

Our course programme is designed to prepare you for the dynamic challenges of global companies. In view of the rapid changes in technology and globalisation, we not only focus on current knowledge, but also attach great importance to equipping you with the skills that will enable you to actively shape and interpret future developments.

Our teaching is based on the conviction that, in addition to key qualifications such as social skills and solid specialist knowledge, economic analysis and synthesis skills are particularly important. These skills enable our graduates to successfully tackle unfamiliar problems and develop sustainable solutions. Our teaching programme, shaped by the institutional economics approach, provides a comprehensive theoretical foundation and fosters a deep understanding of the coordination tasks of international companies. We encourage interdisciplinary dialogue and critical thinking in order to shape individuals who are prepared to take on social responsibility and master global challenges.
