Professor of General Business Administration, in particular Business Taxation and Accounting

Chair holder Prof Dr Stephan Kudert studied business administration at the Technical University of Berlin. He then completed his doctorate and habilitation at the Free University of Berlin. He passed the tax consultant exam in 1990. In 1995, he was appointed Professor of General Business Administration, in particular Business Taxation and Wirtschaftsprüfung at the European University Viadrina.

For more than 20 years, he has been a permanent lecturer at the Federal Chamber of Tax Consultants, the University of Hamburg in the Master of International Taxation and Visiting Professor at the European School of Management and Technology. Stephan Kudert has also been Academic Director of the Specialist Consultant Training Programme for International Tax Law at the Federal Chamber of Tax Consultants since 2007, Vice Director of the Institute for Central and East European Taxation and a guest lecturer at the Federal Academy of Finance.
