Tim Schwertner

My research focuses on the intersection of corporate social responsibility (CSR), compliance, greenwashing and personality traits. Through experimental methods, I investigate the impact of these factors on corporate behaviour and the perceptions and reactions of key stakeholders and society at large. My work aims to gain a deeper understanding of how companies implement ethical practices, how stakeholders perceive these practices and how personality traits can influence behaviour in relation to CSR, compliance and greenwashing. By integrating experimental approaches into my research, I aim to generate sound insights that strengthen both the theoretical and practical basis for more sustainable corporate governance and more responsible consumer choice.
