Colloquium & Registration

Wednesdays from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. during the 5th week of lectures.
The purpose of the colloquium is to present and discuss the objectives and the structure of your thesis among the chair members and the other candidates. The title will be finalized and registered that day – the official writing time starts!

We supervise theses in the research fields of Strategic Management, Organization and Entrepreneurship.

For bachelor students we only offer conceptual (i.e. non-empirical) topics. Master students who have studied qualitative methods with at least good results can choose an empirical topic after prior consultation. Bachelor students are given a list of topics to choose from. Master students are expected to find and develop their own topic and research question within the current research areas of the chair.

Currently, we are particularly focused on the following actual research areas:

  • Strategic communication
  • Entrepreneurial Creativity
  • Time and Temporality

Your proposed and assigned topics will be discussed during the colloquium before your thesis is officially registered.
